Position Summary:
The Data Insights Analyst will support both Key Account Managers and our client partners by developing comprehensive reporting tools. To achieve key objectives, the Data Insights Analyst will pull from multiple sources of syndicated data and perform ad hoc projects in a timely manner with accuracy and actionable insights. This position reports to the Data Insights Manager.
The Marsham Data Insights Team leads the way in driving sales and exceeding client expectations, supported by best-in-class technology and capabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a can-do attitude in delivering the Company's and Clients' objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the Data Insights Manager and other analysts in designing, constructing, and implementing analytical processes that align with business objectives.
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets related to sales, consumer trends, and market dynamics in the natural/organic food industry.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with account and brand managers to translate data into actionable insights that support decision-making and strategic planning.
Assist clients and account managers in identifying market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform assortment and promotional strategies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize data insights for clients and stakeholders.
Understand business challenges / opportunities and identify where customer data could help support business decisions.
Communicate and present action-oriented insights and recommendations to various audiences.
Build strong relationships with Clients while working closely with cross functional customer teams.
Support database related tasks, including the maintenance of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in a data analytics role, with experience in the food industry, particularly natural/organic sectors preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with demonstrated experience in managing, cleansing, and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Experience in developing ETL and other data automation tools (Python, Java, VBA) preferred.
Proficient in BI tools for data visualization, dashboard creation, and report automation (Power BI, Tableau, AWS, etc.).
Dynamic personality with the ability to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a National Key Account Manager to oversee and actively manage select national accounts to maximize business growth. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, expanding the reach of Marsham client brands, and enhancing profitability, all while delivering exceptional customer service to our valued key accounts. This position reports to the Vice President of National Accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver Annual Growth Plans: Achieve and exceed annual growth targets on behalf of our clients, driving brand success and market share.
Collaborate on Account Plans: Develop comprehensive annual account plans aligned with clients’ objectives, managing all aspects of trade spend, including maintaining clients' trade management systems, conducting monthly forecasts, overseeing deduction management, and delivering detailed financial reports.
Nurture Business Relationships: Manage the day-to-day relationships with all assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless partnership that fosters trust and collaboration.
Leverage Data for Insights: Utilize customer portal data and syndicated data to create actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance account performance.
Manage Product Listings and Pricing: Sell in and oversee all current listings, distribution, pricing, program management, annual plans, and innovative product launches to maximize sales potential.
Assess Client Needs: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis, staying attuned to consumer trends and identifying national customer opportunities.
Conduct ROI Analytics: Perform thorough ROI analytics and post-event analysis, ensuring all initiatives stay within client budgets and contribute to overall success.
Facilitate Presentations and Travel: Travel as needed to deliver impactful presentations to prospective customers and partners, representing the business at key trade shows in your respective market.
Requirements:
Experience: 10+ years in the industry; experience with Natural Health Products is a bonus.
Proactive Self-Starter: Demonstrates a proactive approach to achieving targets and driving results.
Analytical and Strategic: Strong analytical thinker and strategic problem solver, capable of working independently and making informed decisions while meeting predetermined and unexpected deadlines.
Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and selling skills, able to effectively engage multiple audiences, including management.
Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing data and synthesizing key performance drivers for clients to inform strategy.
Collaborative Team Player: Hands-on team player with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve optimal outcomes.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the brokerage model and the Health and Wellness Distributor Service industry.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Key Account Manager, to oversee and actively manage select accounts to maximize business growth. Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and track progress of annual business plans for all clients and assigned accounts.
Identify growth opportunities, implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
Provide excellent service to clients to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
Analyze business performance, assess client needs, and deliver effective solutions to drive success.
Prepares and presents promotions, pricing, and merchandising, to assigned retailers on a timely basis.
Manage all trade spending within budgeted limits while delivering to clients’ priorities.
Executes Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with Key Retailers.
Present all new products and line extensions utilizing client data, and distributor data.
Advise customers on customer category dynamics and other category management practices including assortment and POG development.
Execute and monitor all Client’s marketing initiatives (i.e.: couponing, placement of signage).
Actively review, assess, and provide feedback to manager and Brand Business Managers on in-store conditions and competition.
Attend all sales meetings scheduled by the company.
Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience with CPG Manufacturing companies, calling on Regional customers, and Natural Health Product experience is a bonus.
Analytical thinker, strategic problem solver, works independently, make decisions where appropriate and meets predetermined and unexpected deadlines.
Excellent presentation and selling skills.
Ability to analyze data and synthesize key performance drivers for the Clients.
Demonstrated highly developed written (business and creative) and verbal communication skills
Hands-on team player with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve optimal results.
